Faculty History:
The College of Nursing currently consists of three units: the Department of Nursing, Institute of Clinical Nursing, and Institute of Community Health Care.
The Department of Nursing has been offering undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral in-service programs; the Institute of Clinical Nursing has been offering master’s and doctoral programs; and the Institute of Community Health Care has been offering master’s programs.

Since the 90th (2001) academic year, the College of Nursing has been developing dynamically. Under the development of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University as a world-class university, the development of a multidimensional academic system and introduction of educational reform concepts have brought the College of Nursing forward to a bright new era.
The development of the College of Nursing consists of three major aspects. In the 90th (2001) academic year, Dean Yu Yu Mei initiated the fundamental education reform program of the undergraduate department, followed by the establishment of the doctoral program of nursing in the 92nd (2002) academic year, the in-service master’s program in the 95th (1995) academic year, and the doctoral program of clinical nursing in the 107th (2018) academic year.
